Review Bad service!

I was very disappointed. i had received an email with a date of the delivery, and on that day they cannot make a delivery. I was at home waiting a parcel because the company doesn't tell you approximately the time morning or evening .Leaving me with no other choice than staying at home and waiting for the parcel for another full day.
