Apartment rental company
This company rents apartments towards people and usually asks high prices for small apartments. They create vague contracts that YOU SHOULD NOT SIGN, ever. Everything is fine as long as you pay them, however at the end of contract they will try to take your deposit by any means necessary.

Please be aware and find something else.
