I need to return something. You door shows you are open from 9am Monday. At 10.15 I saw that on the door, behind the metal shutters. When are you really open!!?

I have recently had zeiss lenses done on my specs i had them for 6 months only and to day i found a scratch are these covered by the garantee and how is this possible in the first place?
