As our Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of the Company. You'll prepare and deliver key management accounts, lead a team of Accounts Executives, and ensure that the finance department runs smoothly and efficiently. Your insights will help steer the financial strategy, and your expertise will be vital in the yearly audits and financial reporting.
Job Responsibilities :Manage our Accounts department, implementing best practices and innovative processes to keep us ahead of the game.
Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly management accounts, along with full-year forecasts, to provide clear financial insights.
Work closely with Auditors, Board Members, and Management to ensure all financial needs are met and exceeded.
Take charge of our creditors and debtors portfolio, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
Create and manage a range of reports, from monthly profit and loss statements to quarterly VAT returns and more, providing valuable financial oversight.
Develop and document robust accounting processes that strengthen our internal controls and drive operational excellence.
Lead our yearly budgeting processes and support in crafting the annual business plan, aligning financial goals with our strategic vision.
Requirements :
Highly organized with a proven track record of meeting targets and exceeding expectations.
An accounting degree with a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills.
A can-do attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively and lead change effectively.
Excellent work planning and time management skills, coupled with expertise in SFM and MS Office software.
