Responsibilities:
- Drafting and issuing of policy documentation; mainly personal lines classes; group health and group life
- Processing of endorsements, declarations, invoicing, amendments and cancellations;
- Assist the Policy Operations Team with the pre-renewal/renewal process;
- Assist Supervisor and colleagues with any work as required and any office related tasks as required
