Job offer: Waiter/Waitress

Overview

Our client is seeking to recruit a Waiter/Waitress to join their team at the outlets in Valletta and Saint Julian. The selected candidate will work alongside an excellent team to help ensure our customers receive the best possible experience at the restaurant.

Job Responsibilities :

Amongst other duties the waiter/waitress will be taking orders and passing them onto the kitchen staff, as well as delivering delightful meals to the customers, handling cash and card transactions and tidying tables.

Requirements :

• Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress
• Excellent command of English language
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confidence in handling cash and electronic transactions
• Basic maths skills
• Great time management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Proven experience working with food and beverages is a plus

Job Info :

• Type of Contract: Indefinite - Full-time
• Salary : Depending on experience
• Working Hours : Monday to Sunday with 2 days off and shifting as follows:
  • 1st Shift 7:00 - 16:00
  • 2nd Shift 12:00 - 20:00 (Saint Julian till 22:00)
• Job Location : Valletta and Saint Julian
