Job Responsibilities :
- To further develop and increase sales of the company.
- To develop and increase customers within the industry.
- To maintain contact and relationship with all customers.
- To pay courtesy, sales, and technical customer visits on a regular basis.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- To handle customers complaints effectively and efficiently.
- To provide price quotes to all new and existing customers upon request.
- To participate and contribute to strategic sales and business development meetings.
- To keep updated with the business trends to always remain ahead of competition.
- To review and maintain inventory records together with stores personnel and to report to the Operations Manager/Managing Director accordingly.
- To assist management in budget preparations.
- To monitor sales and gross profit figures.
- To control debtors.
- To assist in the preparation of purchasing requirements.
- To liaise with the distribution system to ensure the smooth delivery of orders.
- To conduct all business transactions in a manner that coincides with the high ethical standards that the company maintains.
- To report on activities undertaken.
- To provide support to the rest of the company as required.
- To attend trade shows and networking event as requested by management.
- Ensure that all stocks are sold in a timely manner.
- To ensure a high quality/standard of work and service throughout.
- To perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time
Requirements :
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales oriented role.
- Clean police conduct.
- A valid Driving License.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Positive mentality with a Can do attitude.
- Willingness to learn and develop mindset and skills.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and organizational skills
