Key Responsibilities :- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage staff schedules and allocate duties effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and address any concerns.
- Assist in setting and meeting sales targets and operational goals.
- Support the team during busy periods, stepping into various roles as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the café at all times.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or similar role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to food service.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues efficiently.

- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Maltese is an asset.
- Previous experience in a café or restaurant setting.
- Basic knowledge of financial management (budgeting, cost control, etc.).
- Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems.

- Type of Contract: Indefinite direct with our client.
- Salary : Depending on experience
- Working Hours : Monday to Sunday with 2 days off and shifting as follows:
- 1st Shift 7:00 - 16:00
- 2nd Shift 12:00 - 20:00 (Saint Julian till 22:00)
- Job Location : Valletta and Saint Julian
- Candidate location : Must be already living in Malta
