Job offer: Sales & Operations Coordinator

Overview
Manpower seeks to recruit a motivated Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our client's team.

Job Responsibilities :

• Tomanage all tasks involved in achieving and exceeding the company's business targets.
• Tomaximize revenue opportunities by driving sales leads and increasing conversions whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.
• To assist in attaining sales goals.
• Toservice all customer enquiries effectively, and Groups as directed.
• Tomaintain contact with current customers to secure sales.
• Toassist in the preparation of sales proposals, reports and research.
• Tomaintain a customers database.
• Toassist in the development of market segments.
• Toassist in the implementation of marketing communication activities.
• Toprovide support during familiarization or incentive visits by touroperators/agents.
• Toassist in the servicing of customer complaints.
• Toreport on a regular basis on activities undertaken.
• Toassist with administrative duties as required.
• Toparticipate in Sales Promotion trips overseas / Travel Fairs when required.
• Toassist with inspection visits and outside duties with groups when in Malta asnecessary.
• Tocarry out other associated duties within the scope of normal flexibilityincluding providing support to the rest of the company as required.
• Toensure a high quality/standard of work and service throughout.
• Toperform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements :

• have a very strong command of written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish languages (other languages are appreciated)
• be able to work independently
• be computer literate and well organized;
• be able to work flexible hours and must be willing to travel overseas.
• be hardworking and good with people

Candidates with experience within the tourism industry will be given a preference
